This includes managing risk through tight internal controls and the production of accurate and timely financial information. The shareholders are committed to forward planning and the long term development of the Moxy Group. The shareholders, directors and management accept these demands for the highest standard of corporate governance as defined by the latest best standards of practice, including using KPMG to monitor and conduct independent reviews of all key functions and data used in the conduct of the business.
